C. so much love Neoliberalism or why Russian (if they are truly Russian one) financial elites have risen interest rates right after the uplifting of sanctions to Russia by the US.

As for the second book it was removed from the Web and if you wish me to send you that book in pdf. you just send me your Web adress.

That's all.

Have a nice day mr. And it is also written in an ordinary, plain language.

It deals with the topic of interconnections of democratic institutions and the creation of possibility for technological progress. It also shows why and how the vested and entrenched elites of every society often retard (and even more frequently grid to halt) the progress of society in order to keep their positions of power.
Here is the link:

http://norayr.am/collections/books/Why-Nations-Fail-Daron-Acemoglu.pdf

There's also another one which I recommend to you to read it. It's written by former finance speculator N. N. Taleb and is also very interesting to read. It introduces the theoretical and practical concept of "Antifragility". What is especially important for you is his notion that all the technological progress and most of invention patents were not created by govermental funding and directed research but with what Taleb called "non-theleological tinkering". Very interesting read. I could send you that book in pdf. format if you wish that.

Hope you enjoy reading.

Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16033823874486130168noreply@blogger.com
